Marchstone homes is the name under which all homes on all our projects are designed, developed and built by us and closely with partners to maintain a standard of quality found nowhere else.

The company is based in the Royal Burgh of Lanark, in Central Scotland, and indeed, it is from one of the ancient traditions of the Royal Burgh of Lanark that the company derives its name. The “March” stones are those surrounding the “Marches” (boundaries) of the Royal Burgh, and are inspected - continuously since 1140 – by Lanark’s Standard Bearer (The Lord Cornet) at the “Riding of the Marches” ceremony each year.

The principles of the company are all “Lanarkians” who were born and raised in the town or who have adopted it and made it their own. The company itself has its HQ in the royal & ancient Burgh of Lanark. This geographical location places our HQ equidistant between east and west coasts, between Glasgow and Edinburgh, between Aberdeen and Newcastle and proves quick and easy access to both the M8 and M74 Motorways.
